      Fer - Ditto 1) and 3) above.
Austin - Fabulous player but the whole "gamble" of keeping him to fire us back to the PL is now gone (no way we will go up now) so I think we are best to get a few quid for him (£5m I reckon) and use it to help get others in that more reflect where we are as a club.

I would keep Phillips as we don't want to totally strip ourselves of our assets. The fundamental principle behind my choice of players to go though is, as mentioned above, it is highly highly unlikely we will be going uo now so, IMO, no point keep expending huge wages on these players on the premise that, fi they get us up, they'll pay for themselves. Sooner get shot, bring the wage bill down and replace them with players more suited to where we are now as a club.

Toszer isn't on loam unfortunately so we're stuck with the mug . Sadly agree re Charlie

Green wanted by villa and Watford according to talk sport!!

Would get rid of hoilett too. Drained the club for four years on huge money and we have had a half decent dozen games from him.
He doesn't warrant a new deal and would be another very naive decision to reward a player with a new contract who has so underperromed. He still also doesn't create enough goal scoring chances

Sell him how for a fee!

Regards Hoilett, could be argued that why would we get rid when we are finally getting some benefit from him? Personally would keep him, can't see us getting much of a fee for him anyway tbh.

Matty he's shocking. Yes he's improved but it's greatly over exaggerated and it's not hard to look better from the awful performances we came to expect from him.

His effort levels have gone up but he still rarely delivers a ball that we score from or picks out the right pass. Phillips goes missing in ges sometimes but he does pop up with the odd goal and is capable of delivering crosses like the one he done for polters goal.

Just can't see why we keep a player in this league on 40k a week who can't cross a ball. How many assists has he achieved this season?

Don't really want Austin to leave but think it would benefit both parties if he does.

Signed a new 2 yeae deal in summer 2014 when Redknapp wanted that 352 system with Traore looking to fit in as a left wing back. So out of contract this summer.

Shouldn't be too long then until we see a picture of him holding a shirt with a big grin, Les and Ramsey by his side and a quote of ' my best years are yet to come' after signing a new contract.

Thanks. I guess we are stuck with him then because I have not heard of any other clubs being interested.

What a criminal thing to have done. Shameful. In terms of temperament and talent, one of the worst players I've seen in nearly forty years watching Rangers. Great crosser of a ball, though. NOT!!!!!

Would make a better sprinter than a footballer.

Not that I profess to know anything about him, he seems to have the worst attitude of a player we've had for a long time (well, alongside Tarbs ). Genuinely seems not to care about playing football at all, is more than happy collecting his wage and letting his career go down the swanny.
