Proper plsses me off when people trot that excuse out. When he got interviewed for the job do you think he said he said they weren't his players and he couldn't possibly succeed??? F*** off did he.

We hadn't won in 13 games, Mark Hughes took over when we was in the bottom 3 and Warnock has no good record in the premier league. Warnock is our King and legend in Championship and we should of kept him instead of JFH. The problem with getting rid of NW the 1st time is we gave the job to Hughes and let him go crazy on cash which he showed at Man City he is no good at.
Also wasn't it 8 league games without a win under NW.

The only year in the last 8-9 where we had stability was when Amit and co were in charge which resulted in winning the championship. Since the takeover we have been a joke off the pitch and Fernandes has to be the one who the buck stops with. QPR Aeroplanes says everything you need to know about how bad we have been run! We employ a D.O.F with no experience and give him too much control which has resulted in the dross and negativity on here and in the ground in the last 6-9 months.

So my answer the fans created the first chip and its progressively got worse since
A few years ago we nearly went bust, same as what happened to Palace. Then Briatore and Ecclesstone bought us and then sold us to Fernandes who, supposedly, ploughed millions into the club.
So at the point of Fernandes buying us we were in an unbelievably good position financially. The squad needed adding to but like most clubs who have just won the league championship our squad deserved a fair crack of the whip after having been so successful last year. We all know what happened after that.
Year after year we seem to wipe the slate clean, bring in new players, board members, ex players, coaches etc but results stay the same as does the mentality amongst the players and that stems from the owner, it has to.
Look at Palace. I detest the c#nts but they are everything I'd love Rangers to be. A club who from the outside seem to have an unbelievable team spirit and will to win throughout the club, fans who get right behind the team and a board who know their limits and judging by their recruitment system, do their homework on a player before buying.
So for me the blame lies hugely on Fernandes shoulders

I almost think keeping fer, charlie, phillips, sandro ect has worked against us. It immediately changed expectations and meant the clear out we needed didnt happen. The problem of keeping them as well is most didnt want to be here.
We would of been better off getting rid and rebuilding with out the expectation. Thats what needs to start now. Whether it take 1,2 or 3 years.
