He don't do too bad in the prem or for england. Very under rated, cant work out why so many r's on here dont like him the way they do so many other ex players.
Oh come on...If he was gonna sign for us surely he would have in one of the 3 Prem seasons.
If he were for sale there would be a lot of other clubs interested, just can`t see it ever happening now.
I am not sure where this is coming from again, but as I have always said, if the wages are acceptable, he is still good enough for QPR, He hasn't exactly been a shabby player for Stoke so don't see why he isn't good enough for QPR.
As for being too old for the Championship, that is a load of bull. He was never a pacey player. but is good in the air as well as in and around the penalty area. in other words just what QPR will need without Austin.
I think the squad needs some experience(first team experience) and Crouch would bring that. What we need to be careful is someone looking for another pay day and not to help QPR !!
Yes. Now, when we are in a process of gradually renewing our squad, a mix of young AND older players is a must, I think,
do also bear in mind that we due to many factors is the club everone wants to beat. In that respect, Crouch is a player who can take a bit pressure off our entire club´s shoulders,IMO.
