100:7 already I see now. Pretty predictable as most people usually start worrying only when it is too late. But if things go totally fubar for QPR, I hope this one hundred will have the courage to lay some of the blame on their own complacency, in addition to that of the club leadership.

His solution is to moan. If TF stays, he'll moan. If TF goes, he'll moan about not having anyone taking over quickly enough. And if there is a takeover, he'll moan that the person taking over isn't good enough.

Solution is simple: action instead of procrastination. Sack Harry now and bring in a more competent, younger and hungrier manager to try and rescue our PL status. He will identify and bring in also younger and hungrier and inevitably cheaper players to bolster the squad in January, replacing aged deadwood like Rio. This upward tendency can be reinforced by the resignation of the chief procrastinator and appointment of a more efficient chairman like Mr. Amit Bhatia.

Think the poll results speak volumes tbh.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

What does TF mean by go? Does he mean he will sell his shares and leave or does he mean he will step down as Chairman, still retaining his shares in the company? Personally I would like to see a new Chairman, someone who perhaps has their focus more on the business than on self promotion.

Do I want him to sell his shares, well that depends on how many shares he owns. there are currently 4 named directors of which we know Amit holds 33% so the other 3 have a maximum of 67% between them, so as a maximum it is fair to say that TF holds maybe 22% and if he wants to sell them then by all means go ahead, it will certainly not mean the end for the club and will not cause financial ruin for us by any stretch. There are too many people with too much money wrapped up in QPR for one man to be able to bring it down by having a strop and leaving.

Tony hasn't got where he is without hard work and resilience. People that get to his sort of level usually make some mistakes along the way as they take risks. Very few get a nice cushy ride and instant riches.

Not everything has gone great but the board have a long term plan and vision for the club and have the kind of backing that can take us to a level we would never have a chance of attaining otherwise. I've not enjoyed the football the last couple of years under 'Arry but can hardly blame Tony for recruiting and backing someone of his supposed caliber or of trying to tough it out during difficult times rather than a knee jerk reaction. People moan about Tony not being a football person. He surrounds himself by football people and people still moan!

Whilst it is frustrating we are in a period of change and will be for some time. We are trying to change from a smallish, community club to a much larger, more corporate type entity. We will try things. Some will work some won't.

There seems to be some confusion here. I read the article by Tony and my understanding was that if the fans wanted he would sell up (and I assume the other directors who came in with him will as well) and somebody else will take over.

You seem to be thinking about him not being chairman but leaving his money in the Club. This is not going to happen. We can't chose in a half hearted fashion. I think the question is "he sells up and somebody else comes in" or "he stays". By the way Amit has said several times he does not want to be chairman, because he is basically second in command to his father in law and presumably one day will take over the Company and does not have the time to devote to QPR.

OK, to put it simpler, I do not want TF to be in charge. How that is achieved (simple change at the top or share sale) and who precisely takes over is irrelevant. If Amit would not do it then perhaps a new and more competent buyer/owner is the way forward. Cannot see a top man being as bumbling as this chairman because he logically would have to be a more efficient businessman than TF to take over all this debt. Bit I repeat, a simple change at the top without share sale is fine by me, too.

Tony will get it right eventually... there is no doubting his rein has been disastrous so far though.

so the question now is how much debt will the club be in before he gets it right?
