Looks to me like we are a Championship team unless drastic measures are taken and who is to do that? Under the current chairman the club has accumulated an enormous debt despite spending more than one season in the PL. What have we got to show for that money that has essentially gone down the drain? No infrastructural improvements, no promising manager and no players with feasible resale value. Just a lot of hot air. The sooner someone more competent and ruthless takes over, the more chance we have of not becoming another Portsmouth. Oh and Portsmouth at least tried to get into Europe
