I think we'll be lucky to stay up. Also Simpson is still at the club.

bon, i think it's going to be a long hard slog again.
i'd be ecstatic with 11th or 12th, but 17th would be just fine. it'd be brilliant to be safe with a game or two to spare.
really excited/fearful about sat... spent most of the summer thinking the season was so far away and suddenly, pow!, it's right around the corner.

Lets see what happens, I know with some more promising signings things can change alot!

Realistically, I think a place between 16-20th.
My view is that there isn't a great deal between Burnley, Leicester, WBA, Villa, QPR and perhaps Southampton, West Ham or Swansea and they are likely to contest the bottom 8 places.
Palace, Sunderland, Newcastle and maybe Hull (if they get into the group stage of the Europa League) could also find themselves in fight to avoid the bottom 6.
If Remy stays and plays for QPR throughout the season, he could make a huge difference between being entrenched in the bottom 3 and being in the lower part of mid table i.e. 12th-16th. Somehow I think he will be sold in either transfer window, all it will take is for one of the Champions or Europa League sides to make a bid if one of their strikers gets injured. It wouldn't surprise me either, if Hull make a bid if Long joins Southampton.

The key is between December to Feb. We got a lot of games in what we assume will be bottom half teams. If we are still in bottom 3 or 4 after this then I say its not looking good coz April and May matches will be tough. Need to be near mid table by end of Feb'The problem with quotes on the internet is you don't know if they are authentic' - Abraham Lincoln

Heart says we could be a 'surprise package' and finish around 8th-9th-10th. A realistic target would be 14th-15th, and there's no reason why we couldn't do that as there are far worse squads out there - Villa, Leicester, WBA and Burnley to name just 4. That said, we are QPR, so frankly I'd be happy with 17th, so long as we weren't still sweating it on the last day of the season.
