Whether the fan base agree or not, TF has to back the managers judgement here.

12 month pay as you play. No brainer IMO

He can want whatever he likes, he won't find anybody else other than City to be stupid enough to pay it.

actually, brightonr lescott was on 120k per week. that does not mean he still wants that amount.

also, i dont have lescotts number to confirm this brighton but someone else on here may do.

Can't vote yes or no as depends on the deal eg wages and whether Williams and/ or Lescott are realistic targets. I'm sceptical because its yet another short term fix but he's obviously a massive upgrade on what we have, even at his age.

I'd say yes without doubt , still class, but not for 80k a week

lots of QPR accountants on here....best let the real ones at the club worry about wages.

hang on... are we supposed to "back the managers judgement" now? Look what happened last time we tried that.

Indeed. Bet several fans were saying the same when we got that ex-England crock who had barely played since the days of black and white telly and lasted all of about seven minutes on his debut.

Didn't doubt he was. In fact, I believe I actually acknowledged it.
