I like Harry but he wanted Hill at left back vs Wigan, He wanted Hoilett off yesterday..both silly moves and it took Clint Hill both times to tell him he was wrong. That worries me to be honest.

However, he listened to Hill (probably did not want to take him off). A lot of managers would have ignored him.

I voted for him to stay, but I think we should also be looking to the future and bringing in a young manager to replace him. Continuity is the answer.
