I don't know to be honest. Clint has had to tell him what to do twice now, vs Wigan at home and yesterday. Harry didn't realise that Hill was ineffective at left back vs Wigan, Clint realised this and offered to be subbed for Yun. Yesterday Harry tried taking off Hoilett, arguably our most threatening player, again Clint had to step in and tell him this and again offered himself to come off. Wasn't a tactical masterstoke by Hill, he was simply stating what clearly needed to be done.

Get rid of him. He got us up but we've played AWFUL football this season and there's nothing that suggests he'll get us playing any better in the Prem…

This idea that he's 'not used' to the championship is irrelevant, we've seen that he's just a gambler who hopes for the best

Expect to be linked with a load of washed up ex Redknapp/England players who will come here on 50k a week and fail miserably. Surely we've learnt from our mistakes last time?

Hoilett was not out most threatening player - if hoilett new how to release the ball he might well be. Harry was prob going to take him off because there in no end play to his game....very frustrating player and i hope hes no where near the first team next year.

Shocking post fella. Get rid of a manger who just got us promoted you sure? our team was a mess last year and harry has put together and galvanized a new team and given us one of the best days in my life and many other rrrrsss fans. f****** disgrace some of you. Your assumptions of him buying old players is media related again and it just shows your lack of understanding about the game. He also brought in remy austin simpson phillips and the others he brought in this year ie kranjars ect all on short term deals. fully expect half them to be gone and harry will invest in youth this time around.

the bloke got us promted and a day we will never forget...his record in the prem is class too. Lucky to have him.

I like Harry but he wanted Hill at left back vs Wigan, He wanted Hoilett off yesterday..both silly moves and it took Clint Hill both times to tell him he was wrong. That worries me to be honest.

I don't think harry is the greatest manager in the world and I think he is not what the media made him out to be in recent years.....but, we are QPR for crying out loud. who do you think will come here that is better?? We will again have the smallest ground in the Premier League. we haven't won anyhthing in my lifetime (don't tell me won a trophy on Sat...best day, but we ultimately came third in the promotion race)...what are you expecting?

Charlton, Blackburn and other clubs have had fans that thought their manager was not good enough and it hasn't gone well.

TF called it right when he said we need some consistency.

Championship is NOT Harry's domain. Premier League is so for that & us being wiser in the transfer market I say he should stay.
This. Dunno why but I'm not overly impressed BUT he got the job done. He surpassed my season expectation, although I was hoping he would bring in more youngsters. He should stay, if not for mad skills but the for the stability. Give him another full season before another evaluation.

This. I do wonder if some fans have any brain cells at all sometimes.

Mate hes human, he aint always going to make the right call it happens. Austin normally buries the chance he got on saturday. As for hoilett, I too would of taken him off, he was playing pony and producing f all. Hill is just a complete team player and sacrificed hiim self for the team.

Sacking a manager when hes just got promoted is ludicrous to me and this is why we will keep this reputation as being spoilt and deluded bunch of fans. People need to think back 12 months ago and the mess we were in. In all fairness what Harry has done is pure genius, We havent played the best football no but he donr the job we are premier league. Fully expect us to change massively next season. We have 6 or 7 players who are under contract who will be first team next year. We also have 5 or 6 who will keep as squad players but the rest will go and he will bring in the quality we need.

Good post Maidstone. Just to add that Clint likely made those decisions based on something that Harry didn't know, like maybe Clint didn't feel he could finish the match and didn't want to use a sub unnecessarily. In any event, Harry listened to his player and adjusted his plans to suit. Not every manager would have done that.

I haven't voted because the choice I want isn't there.

This season has been a success but we cannot keep playing such dire football. We should keep Harry because he has one more year on his contract and because he has earned the chance to manage us in the PL - but he has certainly NOT been "brilliant". The football MUST improve.

Harry Redknapp says he will definitely be the manager of QPR next season and is expecting a busy summer as he prepares for life in the Premier League.
