The only way to fix this is if Tony & the board bring in a new young manager who also have the same visions, it may solve a lot of our problems on the pitch.
I totally agree with you - Harry is ok but i dont like his transfer policy and I honestly think we need a manager who reflects tonys vision for the club rather than one whos looking for a quick fix
