I think If Charlie Austin returns in April and have time to return to his full fitness, we may get promoted through the play offs.

For Me Leicester give them the title now
Burnley who I think deserve it they have been blinding all season
Wigan who have found form at the business end of the season
Surprised so many think we will make it up if honest. A team with no goals in it on a downwards spiral will not come out of the play offs at the other end unless something drastic happens and we start scoring for fun. Of the other three sides in the play off spots all score goals and we don't keep clean sheets anymore so on current form we will not out score them

I posted after the Burnley game, i didn't think Rangers will make the playoffs, and i have to say i stand by that. I don't think we'll be in the top 6 after 46 games.
Hence my 3 for promotion.
Think the playoff teams will be Derby, Forest, Wigan, and Reading.

Anyway, if it doesn't go t!ts-up again, and if we go up, I think that Burnley will go with us - they look very solid.
I still think that QPR will make the play-offs: I thought you looked good for lots of the match on Saturday, and unlike the game against Reading, most of the players seemed well up for it. A bit more confidence in front of goal and you could have won it. Uwe Rosler's comments after Wigan's game against Forest were interesting: he said the thing that pleased him was the number of shots they had (20) despite not having a majority of the ball. In other words, when they have a chance, they shoot: Redknapp needs to get QPR's forward players doing the same thing.
Personally, I don't think Forest will make the playoffs: I've a sneaking feeling that they are going to do what we did last year, although maybe not to the same extent. I'm not sure about Reading either: I think Adkins is an excellent manager, but you really have to bury teams playing with eight men! I think Derby will be OK: they were unlucky with the sending off on Saturday, although I think they would still have lost. Brighton are an interesting prospect, although their next four games are all tough ones, and could make or break their season.
I not be surprised to see playoffs between Wigan, Derby, QPR and Brighton, with Wigan winning it. Then again, what do I know.

I suspect that February/March/April 2012 will be anchored in our memories for many years go come, even if we do go up.

In January I thought that you would implode, as you have previous seasons, but your players have shown steal and mental strength and your rightly where you deserve to be. The times where you have potentially tripped up the following game you have got straight back up and that is what makes champions.
You remind me of our side when we went up a few years back you win week in week out and when you dont win you find a way for nabbing a point and points make prizes
I think we will make the Play Offs im just not very enthused that we will perform very well in them. Poor record this season against the top six so why will that change in three knock out games in the play Offs add to that if we got Forest we have never won at the City ground in our history so a two leg game more or less becomes a one leg game and we would have to put them to bed in the Bush
OMG I wish I could go back to bed and pull the duvet over my head

Looking at our remaining fixtures I predict we'll get about 27 points taking us up to a total of 84 points. We'll definitely get into the play offs and I have faith we can win them. We'll beat Birmingham this Saturday, draw with Brighton then go on a three match run against Yeovil, Wednesday and Boro. If you support the R's you HAVE to have faith!

fist of it ........Wednesday just can't see it.....might get a point at Boro i spose.
