It's not always plain and simple!! I'm sure Harry wanted other strikers at the beginning of the season!! Fact is even though they are a pair of crooks we have Johnson and Zamora on our books earning prob 50 k between them in the championship each week and Charlie on top of that!! Our board now are goingto go out and get one or two more in which will mean just on strikers there's a good possibility we will be spending just short of 100 k on strikers a week soon!!!

Harry has pedigree as a top manager, he will hit on the right formula for us......I hope.

Think he is over rated and making the job harder than it should be. His style of play this year stinks and only when we went direct against doncaster did we look dangerous. The very same way he does not want us playing came up trumps for us! Burnley have 2 good strikers working as a partnership and leicester the same, You only have to look at leicster's goal against us to highlight that. And what has Austin had so far? Crumbs or scraps game after game and that is down to how Arry boy wants us to play. So not fussed either way if he stays ir goes as I think any decent manager could have us where we are at the moment.

Sorry but for people to say harry has done anything other than a good job this season is ridiculous imo.

Plus, a change in manager would potentially set us back to square one in terms of squad settlement, with the chances being the new gaffer would want to oust some of our current crop & bring his own faces in - cue the "new squad needs time to gel" argument all over again when we fail to win games.

Harry is far from perfect, but I really think it would be a stupid stupid decision to get rid - and tbh, I think it's solely a few on messageboards even discussing it - I bet the people that matter (ie players & board) haven't even thought about it.
Totally agree, but would add to your "Players & board" statement "Fans that go"

And I think most of us could have easily predicted that poll outcome, considering our results so far this season.

like it or not harry has been able to move on quite a few of the problem players hughes brought in - imagine if we had to stick with that lot.

stability is the key. forget our expectations and just support the team. home and away atmospheres have been dire for a while now.

I understand the reason for the poll when there has been a period of sustained moaning. Glad to see that the vast majority want some sanity and stability and rather than just moaning can't people look at where we've been, what has happened at our Club over a long period of time and accept that this transition has had and will continue to have many bumps in its road before we get to a point where we can be viewed as anything other than roadkill. Some of us are getting long in the tooth and want instant glory, sustainability and top flight glory - but most of us accept that such stuff doesn't grow on trees.
H asked to be judged on his own team at the end of a campaign, so lets do that rather than finding any/every possible negative - or bring back Flabby and start the revolving door policy straight away

You really couldnt predict it by the moans and whinges of discontent ive read on here mate. Seriously couldnt. Pleasantly suprised its only the same old ten making the noises and that nobody else wants it.
