How to change the time zone

Menu at the top select UserCP

Menu on the left select Edit Signature

Scroll down to Date & Time Options

Select (GMT) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca

DST Correction Option: Set this to always off

Go down to the bottom and press save.
