slightly disappointing day yesterday with only Billy Magern giving us a return. Its the first time since January we have had 3 losing days in a row, which in itself says a lot about the amazing run we have had, but I am sure we will be clocking up the winners again sooner rather than later.

Elzahann is a progressive Mare and she has the appearance of a horse who has been laid out for this race. Her easy win at Ayr last time out has ensured she has got into this race in the weights proper and she obviously handles faster ground well. Lightly raced her present mark of 122 is unlikely to be the limits of her capabilities. Callisto Moon hasn't been seen over this far to date and has to prove his stamina. However he went close on the flat over 16/17 furlongs and his effort over 20 furlongs at Sandown last time out suggests he is worth a crack at three miles. If he does stay he is not weighted out of this on ground which will suit.
Selection ELZAHANN. 2 point win @ 13/2 (Sportingbet) 1st 6/1
Selection CALLISTO MOON. 1 point E/W @ 16/1 (General)

Feeling Fab was a progressive Juvenile but was far too keen on her reappearance over Sandown's stiff mile. Hopefully that has knocked the edges off her and she will setlle better today. Bred to stay at least this far and has proven herself on fast ground. A mark of 90 should be within her capabilities and represents a powerful, in form stable. Only negative is their surprisingly poor track record. Classic Legend is the only horse, bar the favourite, who has a Group Entry. She was a Listed winner as a Juvenile and has been raced up to 12 furlongs. Bred to stay further than today's trip the drop back in distance will mean she is likely to need a decent gallop. There are a few here who may provide it and if she can lay up with the pace her stamina may prove an asset. Her Group entry is in the Windsor Forest Stakes over a mile at the Royal meeting here so connections are presumably happy that she is speedy enough for this test.
Selection FEELING FAB. 2 point win @ 7/1 (General)
Selection CLASSIC LEGEND. 1 point E/W @ 14/1 (General)

It's hard to resist having a dabble in race which has thrown up some decent priced winners over the years. Many of these have revealed their hands in recent seasons but at bigger prices a trio of horses who haven't many miles on the clock could be worth risking. Mr Macattack has been running all over lesser opposition lately and this provides a much stiffer test. However his Dam is from a classy family who have provided some decent Colts. His mark of 86 requires a major step forward but he could be up to it. Swift Gift has been gelded since he was last seen but he ran come decent races in defeat last season and he looks an out and out seven furlong horse. He is on a decent mark and went well first time up last season. Spitfire made a good return on the A/W last month and he is unexposed over today's trip. Well handicapped on the balance of his form he looks likely to improve and has experience of big fields.
Selection MR MACATTACK. 1 point win @ 18/1 (Sportingbet)
Selection SPITFIRE. 0.5 points E/W @ 28/1 (Paddy Power)
Selection SWIFT GIFT. 0.5 points E/W @ 33/1 (General) 1st 25/1
