Agendas, opinions, views etc aside COME ON QPR let’s put this horrid away record to bed and reward the travelling fans. Let’s get December going with a bang
Uuuuuurrrrrssss
Robinson and Baptiste were the best players on the pitch yesterday and did superbly to keep the score respectable with 10 men. Pawel actually did really well at RB too, far far better than at WB - further proving the point that WB is a highly specialised position that very few players can perform well at, and we simply have NONE at the club.
My take on yesterday:
The red card was harsh, but the fact is Mackie shouldn't have been on the pitch in the first place, so again that's down to the manager.
Also we actually played better with Mackie off the pitch than on.
Smith should have had a penalty when he was literally hauled to the ground.
End of the day though, the manager has to take the blame for once again picking the wrong formation to start with.
The fact that he kept Washington on the entire game when he was totally ineffective once again, and hauled Wheeler off who was playing well was just further evidence of his tactical incompetence.
