accounts dont show anything unexpected really, club still losing moeny hand over fist, £6m loss this year which includes the £4m Caliendo wrote off or else we'd have made a £10m loss.......
GP remunerated to the tune of £196k (including the £75k consultancy fees paid toh is company)

The loss isn't important as long as we have balance sheet to support it. Which on face of it we don't. Income flat, costs going up. Something's has to be there to fund this, be it a loan from a company or an individual. To me it looks like a company who is spending above its means. Having said that, be interesting to see the position post payment of ABC loan.
One final thing, having a lot of debt isn't necessarily a bad thing either, provided you can pay interest payments. All growing companies need debt as its cheaper than raising shares and tax deductable.
Personally I think its a bit of propoganda
